Tammy has 20 years of experience leading strategy, design and research for world-class organizations. She joined Thoughtworks in 2022 through the acquisition of Connected. A Canada-based product development services firm with eight years of experience bringing products from idea to market.

She is passionate about helping clients build the right thing and building it the right way so that it delivers the best experience and results for users, businesses and society and feels privileged to lead a diverse and distinguished team of product builders that makes that possible every single day.

Tammy lives in Toronto with her husband, two children and dog.
