Whether he’s building relationships or building teams, Joel’s efforts and impact on Fortune 500 companies have led to some of their most ambitious product and business achievements.

Joel joined Thoughtworks as Head of Revenue, Canada, in 2022 after the acquisition of Connected, a Canadian-based 0-1 product development consultancy. In this role, he’ll continue to exercise bias for action, advocating for his clients and leveraging product, people and processes to provide the best solutions, solving the problem at hand and positioning our partners for future success.
