Biography

For more than 13 years, Justine’s career has taken her across industries and across the globe, but no matter where she is, people are always at the heart of what she is doing. 

She joined Thoughtworks in 2022 in the midst of  the acquisition of Canadian product development consultancy Connected, where she served as Director of HR. In her role as Head of People, Canada, she’s excited to continue to lead initiatives that directly and positively impact the professional and personal lives of Thoughtworkers across Canada.
